Samaritan® Limited Warranty
NO PERSON (INCLUDING ANY AGENT, DEALER, OR REPRESENTATIVE OF HEARTSINE TECHNOLOGIES, LTD.) IS AUTHORISED TO MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY CONCERNING SAMARITAN® PRODUCTS, EXCEPT TO REFER TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY, A FULL COPY OF WHICH IS AVAILABLE FROM `THE DEFIB CENTRE LIMITED` ON WRITTEN REQUEST.
In brief;
What is covered?
We provide to the original end user a limited warranty that all HeartSine® Samaritan® products that are purchased for use in the UK from an authorized HeartSine Technologies, Ltd. dealer shall be substantially free from defects in material and workmanship. This limited warranty may not be assigned or transferred.
For how long?
We warrant the Samaritan® products for a period of seven (7) years from the date of sale to the original end user. Products with an expiration date are warranted until the expiration date.
What you must do
To qualify for this limited warranty, the original end user must send the completed Warranty Validation Card within 30 days of original purchase to HeartSine Technologies Ltd, Canberra House, 203 Airport Road West, Belfast BT9 3ED, Northern Ireland or register online at http://www.heartsine.com/forms/Registration.htm.To obtain warranty service for your Samaritan® product, contact The Defib Centre Limited. Our technical representative will try to resolve your issue over the phone. If necessary, and in our sole discretion, we will arrange for service or a replacement of your Samaritan® product. Don't send back any product without our authorisation.
